+ Where and when is the program held?
The 5th edition of CMBP is hosted by Peking University and takes place across Beijing, Xi'an and Shenzhen (China) from July 13th to August 26th, 2017..
+ How do I apply for this program?
Starting on February 13, 2017 online applications will be accepted on this website. Applications will be reviewed on a first come, first served basis. Applications will be accepted until May 26, 2017. No late applications will be admitted. Both successful and unsuccessful candidates will be notified at the earliest possible time.
+ Do I need to know Mandarin Chinese or have any particular qualifications to apply?
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is not required. While full command of the English language is absolutely necessary, as the working language of the program is English, participants will be selected among those applicants who can make the strongest case as to their competent commitment to a business/managerial career with China at its core. Applicants will be evaluated according to their qualifications, motivation, and potential.
+ Do I need to have some knowledge of economics, business or management to apply?
No: the six crash courses developed for CMBP have been designed especially to equip talented graduate students and recent graduates with essential competence and tools for an effective business career across the Euro-Mediterranean region and China.

+ What are tuition fees? Are there scholarships?
Regular tuition fees for the CMBP are set at EUR 6,000 in 2017. Outstanding applicants may apply for a Directors’ Scholarship, awarded by the Program Directors to the best candidates, which reduces tuition fees to EUR 3,600. Outstanding applicants from partner institutions may apply for a Partners' Scholarship, which reduces tuition fees to EUR 2,400. Please check the “Fees & Scholarship” section of this website for the list of CMBP partner institutions.
+ Will I be provided with accommodation?
Fees cover tuition, teaching materials, train transfers from Beijing to Xi'an and from Xi'an to Shenzhen, and access to Peking University campuses across the three cities. Participants must take care individually of their visa application (requiring swift action upon confirmation of being admitted to the program), travel to and from China, accommodation, insurance, and any other expense.

+ Do I need a visa?
Yes, unless you are a PRC citizen or you are already in mainland China at the start of the program. The CMBP Program Manager will offer timely advise to all selected participants in June 2017.
+ Will I receive a certificate upon completion of the CMBP?
Yes, of course: the certificate will be produced by the TOChina Centre of the University of Torino in conjuction with ESCP Europe Torino campus.
